Dr. Spector believes that the reason he has been so successful with refractive cataract surgery is his tremendous experience in both cataract and Lasik surgery. There is more to it than technically performing a good operation. Eye dominance, surgical technique, modern surgical lasers, selection of the appropriate implant, and education to set patient expectations are all important parts of the equation.
